Below is the CSS hack for fixed position DIV which works in all major browsers including IE-6. Main problem i want to address here about the position attribute which is not supported in IE-6 another alternate for this is below. Below i written #confirm_div specification 2 times one specifically for IE-6 and another for Non IE-6 i used a conditional comment for this purpose.
